What is "Pinsa"?

From Latin word "pinsere" (crush) the Pinsa is born in Ancient Rome: A flat bread comperable to the present focaccia, which wraps in a crispy layer soft breadcrumb with a flavour of ancient bread which joins the past wisdom with modern dietary. Pinsa Romana is registered trademark ®

The Pinsa of the third millenium is even more digestible of its famous acestor, as the mix of spelt and Egyptian Kamut (with which it was made in the past) has been replaced by tender wheat flour (highly proteic), soy flour, rice flour; also, the specific baking method has given birth to a high quality product which, added to the dressings goodness, determines an absolutely lack of rivals in the dietary point of view and of digestibility.

In the respect of every typicality, the Pinsa is a registered trademark with precise preparation rules. The Pinsa therefore rises again then non soothed Roman's craving to take posession of ancient recipe left for too many centuries in oblivion for the peace of the more recent pizza and....Naepolitan friends.
